Breakfast Smoothie

Smoothies are a great way to have breakfast when you are on-the-go. This Kiwifruit Smoothie is delicious and tangy and not too sweet and it has a sneaky serving of kraut as an ingredient! We’ve made this for people and they have no idea kraut is in it.

Ingredients

  • 1/3 cup kraut
  • 1/2 a cup or more of greens
  • 1 kiwi fruit
  • 1/4 orange or a few strawberries
  • water to cover
  • some good fat like avocado

Instructions

  1. Toss your ingredients into a blender or Nutri-bullet and simply blend and enjoy!
