
Breakfast Smoothie
Smoothies are a great way to have breakfast when you are on-the-go. This Kiwifruit Smoothie is delicious and tangy and not too sweet and it has a sneaky serving of kraut as an ingredient! We’ve made this for people and they have no idea kraut is in it.
Ingredients
- 1/3 cup kraut
- 1/2 a cup or more of greens
- 1 kiwi fruit
- 1/4 orange or a few strawberries
- water to cover
- some good fat like avocado
Instructions
- Toss your ingredients into a blender or Nutri-bullet and simply blend and enjoy!
